New beauty products pop up every day, tempting us with their pretty packaging and colors. But when it comes down to it I love to stick with my favorites. These five products are true staples in my beauty cabinet, they are the ride or die products that have been there for years.
Qiriness Le Wrap Exfolys
Exfoliating is important if you want smooth and soft skin, but can also damage your skin if you are doing it wrong. Le wrap exfolys is a soft exfoliator without scrub particles that can cause this damage. It’s heaven in a tube if you have sensitive skin like mine.
L’Oréal True Match foundation
Hands down, the best foundation I ever tried and the only one that perfectly matches my light and cool toned skin. Finding the right foundation color when you are close to snow white is not an easy task, but rose ivory is a perfect match for me. The foundation is medium coverage but can be build up to full coverage. It stays on all day and blends easily into the skin. Only loving words about this one.
YSL Touche éclat
Who doesn’t know this iconic concealer? I’ve been using it for a couple of years as my under eye concealer. It doesn’t crease during the day and covers up my under eye circles while lighting up the area to look even more awake. Win-win!
Essence eyebrow pencil
I started using this eyebrow pencil after reading it was a perfect dupe for the MAC eyebrow pencil I was using at the time. €17,5 versus €1,59 for something that does the exact same thing… not a tough choice if you ask me.
Philosophy hope in a jar
Would I really pay €42 a jar if I didn’t really, really like this product? No. So you can trust me when I say I love this night cream. I tried using other night creams but they just don’t come close to this Philosophy one. It’s a very thick moisturizer that needs some time to sink into the skin, which isn’t for everyone. But I love waking up with noticeably smoother and hydrated skin.
